Christina (Quirk) Mitaly was promoted to head athletic trainer at Albertus Magnus in August of 2012 after three years of working as an assistant in the department.
Mitaly, a 2009 graduate of Colby Sawyer College and a Milford, Conn. native, joined the Albertus Magnus Athletic Department in August of 2009 after earning her BA in Exercise Science with a concentration in Athletic Training.
While at Colby Sawyer, Mitaly interned at St. Paul High School in Concord, N.H. and worked with the women’s basketball program at Division I Dartmouth College. She also worked with the Colby Sawyer baseball team.
Mitaly was a four-year letter winner with the Chargers as she was a two-year starting goalkeeper for the Colby Sawyer women’s soccer program. She currently holds the single-season shutout record for the Chargers at eight from the 2007 season.
Mitaly is an NATABOC Certified Athletic Trainer and is licensed in the State of Connecticut.
