Caitlyn Smith joined the Albertus athletics staff in the Summer of 2025 as an Athletic Administrative Fellow. Smith most recently graduated from Lasell University in May, 2025 where she worked as an intern with the athletic trainers. In this role, she implemented mental health resources for the athletic trainers, administration and student-athletes.
Since 2023, she also served as an assistant preschool teacher at the Capital Regional Education Council River Street Autism program helping create implementing and creating outlets for children 3-5 in a school setting with a mixed group of students in special education and regular education students.
At Lasell, she was a member of the field hockey team and also served on the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) where she voted on new legislation for Division III and served as a liaison between the conference and Lasell athletics. She was also the ambassador of the Blue Key Society at Lasell.
Smith graduated with a bachelor of science degree in psychology and a minor in criminal justice from Lasell and is currently pursuing a masters in sports management with a concentration in sports administration.
