NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Ray Ford Jr. (Jersey City, N.J.) and Ta'zhon Daniels (New Haven, Conn.) of the Albertus Magnus College men's basketball team were named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Weekly Honor Roll for their contributions in a 2-0 week for the Falcons. 

In an 88-54 win at Brooklyn on December 3rd, Daniels scored 12 points with six assists. Ford, Jr. scored a season-high 22 points to go along with seven rebounds, six assists, and three steals. 

During the Falcons' 92-65 win over Purchase at home on December 6th, Daniels scored a season-high 31 points with three steals, shooting 52.2 percent from the field. Ford scored 15 points with four rebounds, four assists, and three steals.
