NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Marcus Burrows (West Haven Conn.) of the Albertus Magnus College men's lacrosse team was named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Player of the Week for his performance in the team's 2-0 week. Teammate Cooper Strecker (Chester, Conn.) was named to the GNAC Weekly Honor Roll.

Burrows scored seven goals as the Falcons defeated St. Joseph's (L.I.) 13-12 on Tuesday. On Saturday, he scored three goals and had three assists in a 22-1 win over Elms.

Strecker scored two goals on Tuesday and then followed up with five goals and four assists on Saturday.
