Sophomore Chase Brinton (Bethany, Conn.) of the Albertus Magnus men's volleyball team was named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Weekly Honor Roll.

Brinton registered 14 kills in 23 tries in the Falcons' 3-0 win over Sarah Lawrence last week. He also hit .435 to lead the Falcons.

Brinton added seven and eight kills, respectively, in losses to both Daniel Webster and Newbury.

The Falcons are 4-2 on the year and open GNAC play on Wednesday, Feb. 20 at Johnson & Wales (R.I.).
