Albertus Magnus men's volleyball freshman Raul Rivera Rojas (Vega Baja, Puerto Rico) has been named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Weekly Honor Roll.

Rojas led the Falcons in back-to-back wins in GNAC play as the Falcons defeated Emerson College in a 3-2 thriller before blanking Mount Ida College 3-0 on Sunday afternoon in New Haven.

Rojas led the Falcons with 17 kills and 14 digs in the five-set win over the Lions. He added five blocks as well.  He tallied 13 kills in 25 attempts against the Mustangs and recorded six digs and four blocks.  In the opening set against Mount Ida, he recorded eight kills in 13 tries as the Falcons' won 25-14.

The Falcons head to Rhode Island on Thursday, March 20 to take on Johnson & Wales in a GNAC match-up at 7:00 p.m.
