Christina Dineson (Milford, Conn.) of the Albertus Magnus women's soccer team has been tagged as the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Goalkeeper of the Week as announced by the league office on Monday. Senior Danielle Figueroa (Bridgeport, Conn.) was also recognized as she was named to the GNAC Weekly Honor Roll.

Dineson recorded one shutout in the Falcons' 4-0 win over Norwich University on Saturday, Sept. 29 as she made six stops to keep the Cadets off the scoreboard.

In the Falcons' 2-0 loss to Simmons College, Dineson recorded 10 saves in 90 minutes of play and posted an .889 save percentage on the week.

On Saturday afternoon, Figueroa became the Falcons' all-time leader in assists as she led her team to the shutout win over Norwich. She netted the game-winning goal, while adding the record-breaking assist in the Falcons' seventh win of the season. With her assist, Figueroa surpassed former record holder Sam Gigliotti (2007-10) as she now has 14 career assists.
