NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Robert Barrasso (Mountain Lakes, N.J.) scored two goals as the Albertus Magnus College men's ice hockey team defeated Hiram College, 5-0 in a non-conference game on Saturday at Ralph Walker Ice Rink.
Zeth Kindrachuck (Calgary, Alberta) and Bailey Kirwin (Barrie, Ontario) each added a goal and Brendan Coughlin (Marshfield, Mass.) scored his first career goal.
Connor Bertamini (Calgary, Alberta) had two assists on the day.
Chace Hale (Pittsburgh, Pa.) stopped all 21 shots he faced in net. Nathan Dickey (Butler, Pa.) made his first appearance in net, registering a save.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Kirwin got the scoring going at the 7:05 mark in the first period as Sam Lozinski (Calgary, Alberta) raced down the length of the ice to chase down a loose puck and then fed Kirwin who put home the opening goal for the Falcons.
- Coughlin scored his first career goal after deflecting in a shot from Jaxon Martin (Calgary, Alberta) at the 9:41 mark. Bertamini also had an assist on the goal.
- Barrasso scored his first goal of the game with less than a minute remaining in the second period after back handing a shot in after receiving a pass from Ervie Terwilliger (Glenwood, MD).
- Barrasso added his second goal in the third period on a power play on a one-timer as Bertamini fed Caden Pattison who set up the goal to make it a 4-0 game.
- Kindrachuk added the final goal on a one-timer off a pass from Linas Dedinas with less than a minute remaining.
