NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Majo Pelaez (Armenia, Colombia) of the Albertus Magnus College volleyball team was named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Weekly Honor Roll for her performance in a 2-1 week for the Falcons.

During the week, Pelaez had 24 kills, 15 aces and 28 digs.

In a 3-1 win over the University of Saint Joseph (Conn.) on October 21st in a GNAC home match, Pelaez notched eight kills with 16 digs as the Falcons came back from an early one-set deficit.

Against Norwich in a 3-1 win on October 25th, Pelaez set a career-high with 12 aces, to go with 11 kills and eight digs. During the match, she earned her 800th career kill.

In a 3-0 loss to Simmons on October 25th, Pealez had five kills, two aces and four digs.
